Corpus Christi assistant city manager headed to San Antonio Corpus Christi Caller Times Garza in 2008 left governmental relations job with TXU Energy in Dallas to accept a position as the city's lobbyist. He was promoted to interim assistant city manager this past June as part of City Manager Ron Olsen's reshuffling of city hall.
